Having a great customer service is hard to come by nowadays-- kudos to RV Nuccio for having Eileen and Alessandra as part of their team... these ladies are amazing! On two separate occasions, they were friendly, professional, and helpful during my conversations with them. Never felt rushed! They answered my questions and provided me with the info I needed. I really appreciate their help and would definitely recommend RV Nuccio. Keep up the good work!

Alessandra is amazing. She was able to answer a question I have had about the website for years. She walked me through the process of how to get my COI and even walked me through why I was seeing the issue, and other features of the site. Amazing job by this insurance company. I find myself back here everytime. It's easy and the service is fantastic. Ally usually helps me and makes the process smooth, but when I have had to speak to others they also are well trained.
