Alessandra is amazing. She was able to answer a question I have had about the website for years. She walked me through the process of how to get my COI and even walked me through why I was seeing the issue, and other features of the site. What an experience I had with Ally when I called to purchase insurance. She went over the different coverages we asked about. It was a long conversation but she was patient and knoweledgeable.

Amazing job by this insurance company. I find myself back here everytime. It's easy and the service is fantastic. Ally usually helps me and makes the process smooth, but when I have had to speak to others they also are well trained.
